Regarding Art
° I have the right to use my art in examples, or in any portfolio, unless further and directly addressed by client.° You are not to use my art for commercial purposes, to create merchandise, or sell prints, without my explicit permission.° My art is not to be claimed by anyone else, the commission is for the client's use only, unless it is fanart, and even then, it is up to the discretion of the buyer.° I have the right to refuse any commission request if it is outside of my comfort zone, or not something I think I would be able to pull off effectively.
Regarding Designs
° Designs purchased as adopts cannot be resold for more than they were bought, unless they have had additional art purchased for them, or you value in your own art at a reasonable price, and sell it for how much it is worth.° Designs purchased as customs go along the same rules.° If you break any part of my ToS, I will not revoke designs, you may keep any you got from me at the time, but you are not allowed to obtain any others.
Blacklist
Users listed on my blacklist are not to be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise, any designs that I have created. If I find out you have given someone on my blacklist a design of mine, I will first warn you, but if it happens again, you will either be blocked, or blacklisted yourself.Users on the blacklist may also be blocked, and are not allowed to commission me, or get art, or designs, from me in any other way, regardless.I am not listing my reasoning for those on my blacklist, but if you truly need to know why someone is on there, feel free to ask.
